Delivery fees may vary, depending on the size of the item purchased, and the final delivery postcode. Please contact us using our delivery quote form prior to making a purchase to confirm what delivery fee is applicable. Delivery fees are normally payable directly to the courier unless specified otherwise. Collection of items from our workshop in Lincoln is possible with prior arrangement.

We aim to have non-furniture orders to you in 2-3 working days. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee delivery times as the courier service is independent of us, although we try very hard to ensure that your delivery will fall within the time frame stated.

Should you change your mind and would like to cancel/return an item for a refund, please contact us within 7 working days of receiving it to confirm your intention. The item(s) will then need to be returned within 14 working days of receiving it before any refund is arranged. If an item has been already delivered, the original delivery fee is non-refundable, and any associated delivery costs with returning the item are your responsibility (unless an item has arrived damaged - see 'Damaged Goods’). Items must be returned in their original condition and ideally in their original packaging, or suitable replacement packaging. Any damage to items incurred as a result of them being returned to us will be deducted from any refunded amount. We are unable to exchange items.

Bespoke pieces purchased via our Commission Service are non-refundable.

IMPORTANT - Before buying one of our larger pieces of furniture please check the dimensions of both the item, the spot in your home that you have in mind for it and the access (including all doors, corners, stairs and corridors) to ensure that it will fit and that it can be safely delivered to its new home.

If, sadly, we cannot deliver the item to your home due to access problems we will be unable to refund any delivery charge paid. We will happily re-arrange a delivery but we will have to charge for this. 

Upon delivery, you will be asked to fully inspect your purchase prior to signing the courier's paperwork to indicate that the item has arrived in good condition. This is to avoid any potential dispute further down the line and allows you an opportunity to identify and query any unlikely damage with the courier there and then. Any subsequent claim for damage should be reported to Andriacchi Casa Colorata with photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery. We can then work with the courier to review the information provided and reach a resolution accordingly. Any claim will be treated individually, and resolution options may include repair, partial or full refund depending on the specific circumstances of the claim.

Whilst professionally restored/refinished, these items are not new and will more than likely show slight imperfections. We'll always try to indicate the extent of this within individual product listings and photograph any particular areas of concern. If you need any additional detail regarding the condition and finish, feel free to contact us.

Although we make every effort to display the colors as life-like as possible, please understand that actual colours may vary due to different monitors and screens. We cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately portrays the true colour of the product. If you have any concerns please feel free to contact us and we can arrange for a colour stick to be sent to you free of charge. 

Specific paint brands and colours are listed on each product page and we encourage you to use that information to conduct additional research on any specific colour in question. If you have any concerns please feel free to contact us and we can arrange for a colour stick to be sent to you free of charge.

Agreed specifications and a payment scheduled for a Commission Service will be documented and provided to you. In order for work to commence we require a non-refundable 50% deposit. This deposit secures a place in our production schedule, covers the design consultation work to date, and enables us to secure any specific materials needed to complete the project. The balance 50% will be payable upon completion of production and prior to delivery.  Please visit our Commission Service page for more information.
